Recent KYT alerts were unavailable on the v1/alerts endpoint and the KYT UI for approximately an hour from 16:00 and 17:00 UTC. In addition, a number of 5XX errors occurred on the KYT API between 16:04 and 16:06 UTC. Both issues have since recovered.

Customers who do not have retry measures in place for 5XX errors will need to manually re-register any transfers and withdrawals that encountered errors during this time. Please reach out to support@chainalysis.com if you require assistance or have any questions.
