Scheduled third-party maintenance will temporarily affect specific Hexagate capabilities during these windows:
July 16, 2026, from 02:00 to 04:00 UTC July 19, 2026, from 02:00 to 03:30 UTC
During these windows:
- Token Holders Monitor alerts will not be generated. - Fake Token Monitor alerts will not be generated. - Alerts for newly deployed contracts may display raw function selectors instead of decoded function names.
The following networks are affected: Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Linea, and BNB Chain.
All other monitoring capabilities will continue operating normally.
No customer action is required. Normal functionality is expected to resume when the maintenance is complete.
