What’s happening: We will be performing a planned infrastructure update to the routing layer for KYT services.

Expected impact: No downtime or service interruption is expected — this change is designed to be transparent to all users. However, in the unlikely event of disruption, KYT API requests may experience a brief interruption during the maintenance window. We’ve tested this change in lower environment and have a rollback plan in place.

What you need to do: No action is required. If you experience any issues during or shortly after the maintenance window, please contact support@chainalysis.com.
